STEP 1

Proposal, confirmation of required skills, number of people required, and confirmation of the departments to which personnel are dispatched.
STEP 2
Confirmation and agreement
After confirming the job details and the terms and conditions, the agreement will be executed.
STEP 3
Matching between ideal human resources and job offers
We will select the ideal staff.
STEP 4
Commencement of dispatch staff
We will educate dispatched personnel about safety and etiquette before dispatching them, and they will be engaged in the work set forth in the aforementioned agreement.
STEP 5
Follow-up when personnel are being dispatched.
We will visit your company regularly and provide follow-up.
In the case of Temp to Perm System
STEP 1

We will interview applicants in advance on the premise of being directly employed.
STEP 4
Commencement of dispatch staff under Temp to Perm System
We will educate dispatched personnel about safety and etiquette before dispatching them, and they will be engaged in the work set forth in the aforementioned agreement.
STEP 5
Mutual agreement and direct employment
Personnel are directly employed within six months based on a mutual agreement.
